What type of school is KOA?
A. KOAは、体験を通して学ぶことを大切にした教育プログラムを提供しています。東京を中心に10拠点以上でインターナショナルスクールやニューロダイバーシティスクールを運営しています。
KOA is an education program focused on learning through experience. We operate over 10 international and neurodiversity-focused schools in Tokyo.
Q. 英語が話せなくても参加できますか？
Can my child join if they don’t speak English?
A. はい、問題ありません。英語が初めてのお子さまでも安心して参加できるよう、日本人スタッフもサポートしながら進めます。体験の中で自然と英語に触れる環境です。
Yes, absolutely. Children can join even if it’s their first time with English. Our team provides support, and kids naturally experience English through activities.
Q. 何歳から参加できますか？
What age groups can join?
A. 5歳〜13歳のお子さまを対象としています。年齢やご不安な点がある場合は、お気軽にご相談ください。

What kind of program will children experience?
A. KOAの探究型プロジェクトに加え、ビーチでのアクティビティやクラフト、英語を使ったゲームなどを行います。子どもたちが自ら考え、体験を通して学べるよう設計されています。
Based on KOA’s inquiry-based project, children will take part in beach activities, creative projects, and interactive games in English, designed to encourage curiosity and hands-on learning.

Who are the instructors?
A. KOAの先生と日本人スタッフがチームで担当します。子どもたちの主体性を大切にしながら、安心して楽しめる環境をつくっています。
The program is led by KOA teacher together with Japanese staff. We create a safe and engaging environment where children can explore and learn with confidence.
Q. 送迎はどこまで対応していますか？
Where is the pick-up and drop-off location?
A. アラハビーチまたはサンセットビーチ周辺のホテルへの送迎となります。詳細な集合場所については事前にご案内いたします。Pick-up and drop-off are available for hotels in the Araha Beach and Sunset Beach areas. Detailed meeting points will be shared in advance.

Is the program safe?
A. スタッフが常に子どもたちの様子を見守り、安全に配慮してプログラムを運営しています。体調や状況に応じて柔軟に対応しますのでご安心ください。
Yes. Our staff closely supervise all children and prioritize safety at all times. We respond flexibly based on each child’s condition.

A. 天候に応じて、安全に配慮した内容に変更して実施いたします。

What should my child bring?
A. 動きやすい服装、飲み物、必要に応じて着替えなどをご用意ください。詳細はご参加前にご案内いたします。
Please prepare comfortable clothing, drinks, and a change of clothes if needed. Details will be provided before the program.
Q. キャンセルは可能ですか？
What is your cancellation policy?
A. はい、可能です。キャンセル料は以下の通りとなります。
・ご利用3日前まで：1,000円
・ご利用前日15時まで：お支払い予定額の50％
・ご利用前日15時以降：お支払い予定額の100％
Yes, cancellations are possible. The policy is as follows:
・Up to 3 days before: ¥1,000
・Until 3:00 PM the day before: 50%
・After 3:00 PM the day before: 100%
